Naturally Sweet Wines

Naturally sweet wines are the jewels of our production. Ice wines from Gewurztraminer and Blaufränkisch are made from grapes harvested at temperatures below -7 °C, which concentrates sugars and acids into an intense, complex experience. Raisin Wine Blaufränkisch is produced from raisined grapes with high sugar content, bringing rich flavours of dried and candied fruit and honey. All naturally sweet wines carry the Palugyay label, our premium line. Serve at 8–10 °C with foie gras, blue cheese, fruit desserts or as an exceptional finish to a festive dinner.
