Carrier and delivery
All orders are shipped via Packeta (Zásilkovna). Personal collection is available directly at our premises in Bratislava – Rača.
Delivery methods and estimated times
Slovak Republic:
- Z-Point pickup location: D+1 (next working day after handover of the shipment)
- Delivery to address: D+1 to D+2 working days
- Z-Box: D+1 (next working day)
Czech Republic, Poland, Austria:
- Z-Point pickup location: D+1 to D+2 working days
- Delivery to address: D+2 to D+3 working days
Hungary, Germany, Croatia, Slovenia:
- Delivery to address or pickup location: D+3 to D+5 working days
Personal collection (Bratislava): Villa Vino Rača a.s., Pri vinohradoch 6427/2, 831 06 Bratislava – Rača. Free of charge. The customer is notified that the order is ready by SMS or email.

Customs duties and taxes
Slovakia, the Czech Republic, Poland, Austria, Hungary, Germany, Croatia and Slovenia are members of the European Union. Shipments between these countries are not subject to customs duties or import taxes. All prices are stated including VAT.
Undelivered shipments
If delivery is not possible (the customer is not at home), the carrier will leave a notice and the shipment will be stored at the nearest Packeta pickup location or depot. The customer will be informed of the collection options. If the customer does not collect the shipment within the stipulated period, it will be returned to the seller. The cost of re-delivery is borne by the customer.
Damaged shipments
Please inspect the shipment upon receipt. In the case of visible damage to the packaging, you may refuse the shipment or accept it with reservation and immediately inform us at sekretariat@villavinoraca.sk. A complaint regarding damage caused in transit must be lodged within 3 working days of receipt of the shipment.
