3. Alternative dispute resolution (ADR)

If the Buyer is not satisfied with the way in which the Seller has handled the Buyer's complaint, or considers that the Seller has infringed the Buyer's rights, the Buyer has the right to contact the Seller with a request for remedy. If the Seller responds to the request with a refusal or fails to respond within 30 days of the request being sent, the Buyer has the right to submit a motion to initiate alternative dispute resolution.

4. Intellectual property

All content of the online shop, including texts, photographs, graphics, logos and trade marks, is protected by copyright and is the property of Villa Vino Rača a.s. or of the relevant third parties. Any copying, distribution or other use of the content without the prior written consent of the Seller is prohibited.

5. Limitation of liability

The Seller makes every effort to ensure that the information published on the online shop is up to date and accurate. Notwithstanding, the Seller is not liable for the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of the information published. The Seller is not liable for the content of third-party websites to which it links via hyperlinks.
