Rosé wines that combine the fresh character of whites with the fruitiness of red varieties. We produce them using the short skin contact method from Blaufränkisch, Dunaj and Pinot Noir grapes. The result is elegant rosé wines with delicate notes of forest fruit, raspberries and strawberries. Ideally chilled to 8–10 °C, they are an excellent companion to light summer dishes, grilled vegetables, fish, Asian cuisine and desserts.
