White Cuvée Trilógia: three varieties in one glass

White Cuvée Trilógia joins three white varieties into one dry wine.

What each variety brings

Chardonnay gives the wine fullness and body. Devín, a Slovak variety, brings the spicy floral aroma it is known for. Pinot Gris, known in Slovakia as Rulandské šedé, adds structure and a note of ripe fruit. Together they make a balanced wine with fresh acidity and a harmonious, longer finish.

How to serve it

This wine is dry and tastes best chilled to 10 to 12 °C. Chilled does not mean ice cold: wine that is too cold loses its aroma, so there is no need to keep it in the freezer. If it has just come up from the cellar, half an hour in the fridge is enough.

It suits fish and white meat, pasta in a cream sauce and lighter cheeses, and it holds its own on a summer evening with nothing at all. Since no single variety dominates, it does not compete with food and leaves it room.

Who it is for

White Cuvée Trilógia is an everyday wine, for those who like a dry white with aroma and body.

White Cuvée Trilógia is part of the Trilógia range from Villa Vino Rača. You will find it in our online shop. More about what a cuvée is and why winemakers blend varieties.
